Breath of Flowers

Summer in Siberia is a time of a picturesque colorfulness.

There are sparkles of purple sage crowns, white buckwheat envelopes and lilac constellations of thyme; yellow canola flowers and pink rose hips gleaming through the grass; yellow, reddish and light brown cones swelling on the pines.

This is the time to collect pollena gentle exhalation of Siberian plants, one of the many wonders of nature, the thinnest life-giving layers on the petals and cones.

Countless bees are flying all over the land. Each of them rolls up the pollen and the secretion of its salivary glands holds it together. This not only enriches it with vitamins and microelements, but also kills those compounds that can be harmful to allergy-prone people. Humans can also collect pollen, but in this case its properties are much less useful.

Tiny workers get food for their large bee family, and create an invaluable healing substance at the same time. Propolis is known to have a complex health effect on the endocrine system and brain. Nature itself gives us a hint: large amounts of pollen can be found only in places with the optimal climate and pure environment which are favorable for growth.

Altai bees from everywhere gather around beehives, and each carries a ball of priceless material. The air is filled with a joyful buzz; these tiny bits of being fly through the air, triumphing over the continued peace. Each of these lumps contains an incredible amount of protein, micro elements, vitamins, and plant hormones – pure and strong, like life itself.

Excellent! It has a wonderful mildly sweet taste. It is known to increase energy and who can’t use that benefit.
I put some on my hot cereal/ buckwheat. Love it.
