Siberian shilajit applications. The Music of Well-being

Siberian shilajit, or mumijo, is one of nature’s most powerful organic remedies. Mysterious and ritualistic, its creation brings together different elements.

Over thousands of years, Siberian shilajit has been fulfilling its supreme healing mission. Its power is unbelievable! And its composition is real music written by the ancient mountains. Fulvic acids, resins, wax, natural gum, polyphenols, terpenoids, steroids, albumins, along with a variety of minerals, vitamins, and acids…

It’s not chemistry but Music.

Each of these components is a note carrying the sound of streams and winds, the singing of birds, the rumbling of rockslides, and the rustling of leaves and rain. Set in the right order, these notes create a wonderful healing melody that sounds in unison with the planet.

  1. Psycho-emotional application

Siberian shilajit absorbed the restfulness of the world and thoughtfulness of mountain ranges, the blissful state of eternal slumber, and the smooth passage of time. It is this calmness and tranquility that it further conveys to man.

Shilajit treats sleeping disorders, humbles the dark wave of depression, extinguishes the flames of irritability, drowns out the headache impulses. Shilajit revives a person with music and light, which has always been – and always will be – inside of him.

Here is one simple yet effective recipe: take a mixture of 2 grams of shilajit and 200 milliliters of milk for seven days.

  1. Cosmetology

Long and slowly ripening in the stone palms of Altai, the remedy bears youth, life, and beauty. Not only does Altai shilajit help to get rid of psoriasis, acne, furunculosis, seborrhea, but also to rejuvenate the skin.

For revitalization purposes, you can mix powdered shilajit with flour and non-carbonated mineral water. After that, apply the substance evenly on the troubled skin areas. Wait for it to dry for about 15 minutes, then wash the skin and put on a moisturizer. It is advisable to use the method twice a week.

And here is a formula for a skin rejuvenation mask: 14 grams of shilajit plus 1 tablespoon of regular face cream. The mask is to be applied in the evening and left on for about 15 minutes. After that, it should be rinsed off with warm water.

Another significant benefit of shilajit is its ability to improve the structure of hair and stimulate hair growth. The recipe is simple: mix your shampoo with a tablespoon of honey and 2 grams of shilajit. Rub this mixture into the scalp and wash off after about 30 minutes with a regular shampoo.

  1. Digestive system

Gastritis, colitis, ulcers – these and other digestive system enemies are, unfortunately, familiar to most of us. To cope with those, Siberian shilajit will be your faithful assistant. However, before you start using it, it is important to consult with your doctor. Here is one of the popular recipes: 2 grams of shilajit (powdered) mix with 200 ml of warm boiled water. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach for two weeks. This is a powerful elixir of health that provides tangible effects through invisible efforts.

  1. Motor skills

Siberian shilajit not only protects the musculoskeletal system of man but also successfully deals with pre-existing conditions. It is known to stop inflammatory processes, fill in small voids in the bone tissues, and contribute to cartilage restoration while helping to cope with joint pain and increasing their mobility.

A long time ago, people have noticed shilajit’s particular effectiveness when paired with honey. Here is one great, centuries-tested formula: mix 100 grams of fresh honey and 1 gram of shilajit. The resulting mass can be used to make a compress and left overnight, until morning. The second component of this formula implies taking 200 milligrams of shilajit on an empty stomach. The course duration is 12 days.

Life is movement. Movement is life.

  1. Respiratory system

Usually, people deal with respiratory problems with all kinds of herbal syrups and tinctures. Their power, however, can be greatly enhanced by Siberian shilajit.

When dealing with pneumonia and bronchitis, powdered shilajit can be used to make a 7% solution for inhalations. You can also take 3 grams of the composition and let it dissolve in your mouth, twice a day.

For runny nose, the following formula works just fine: 1 milligram of shilajit plus 10 milligrams of peach oil. 4 drops of the mixture should be used for each nostril 3 times a day until complete recovery (the course duration is not limited).

May your breathing be as light as a breeze over the crowns and peaks of the precious land!

  1. Immune system

Immunity is a word we all heard a lot during the twentieth century. For us, the people of the new millennium, it still holds an important meaning. The capacity of our body to successfully withstand the pace of life and harmful factors determines not just our health, but our ability to enjoy life, maintain psychological flexibility, and keep ourselves open to the world around us.

Siberian shilajit can significantly enhance immune system efficiency. For this, for example, you can mix 1 kilogram of flower honey and 10 grams of shilajit. Keep the mixture cold (in the refrigerator) and take 20 grams daily on an empty stomach for three weeks.

Finding your key

Everything in this world requires its own approach and a special key, especially when we talk about something as complex as a human body.  Like any other remedy, of course, shilajit cannot be treated as a universal solution. It certainly has its own contraindications, especially if you have some chronic conditions. Therefore, we recommend checking with your doctor about the methods and volumes for this unique remedy to be applied.

The Sunny Power of Siberian Pumpkin Seed Oil

Pumpkin, the heavy ingot of compressed sunlight, hot air, and the sound of underground water… The embodied song of the expiring summer.

pumpkin oilThis wonderful fruit is shrouded in secrecy. Some say that the pumpkin, originally born in Africa, was brought to the shores of other continents by the Ocean. Others believe that it was in the pumpkin that a boy and a girl – the ancestors of humanity – were saved during the Great Flood. Still, the third side assures that the gods hide the sun in the pumpkin before the fall – judging from the fact that by the end of summer the fruits turn yellow.

Unusual shapes, bright colors, considerable sizes… Nature has given the pumpkin everything to be a part of tales and myths, to become an embodiment of home and health, as well as an essential symbol of festivities and rituals. And it is no wonder that even in ancient times, people paid attention to the life-giving power it possesses.

A huge berry from which craftsmen learned to make candlesticks, bottles, musical instruments, and even wheels, turned out to be a real treasury of vitamins and minerals. In particular, it contains high concentrations of carotene, vitamins B, C, and D, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc, and fluorine.

The real gem, however, is the edible oil squeezed from pumpkin seeds. It has been used for decades to treat and prevent the diseases of the human body’s most important parts. Invisible to the eye, the work done by this viscous fluid is a real miracle revealing the incredible forces hidden in nature.

While pumpkin seed oil helps to restore the structure of the liver in a variety of ailments, it also improves the function of the gallbladder, sexual and urinary systems. It is an essential remedy in gynecology, too: pumpkin seed oil cures many female diseases, improves the reproductive system, and even contributes to the healing of infertility. The nutrients it contains are very beneficial for gastric and intestinal mucosa: these substances heal wounds, prevent inflammatory processes, regulate the acidity of gastric juice, protect the body against parasites. Pumpkin seed oil is a priceless resource for the circulatory system and heart: it increases the elasticity and strength of the vascular walls, keeps the blood pressure at a normal level, and helps the heart work more rhythmically and reliably.

pumpkin oilIt’s been so long since pumpkin seed oil was discovered that the memory of those years has been washed away by a heavy flow of names and events. And yet, century after century, the kind hands of peasants cultivate the land, and the strong hands of craftsmen start the press, and the accurate hands of healers pour the elixir into bottles…

The thick, almost black fluid, the concentrate of health and goodness, is slowly trickling. Look at it up to the light – it will seem dark green, look from above – and you’ll see a dark red color. Each drop has a great value – after all, it takes three dozens of beautiful huge fruits to get only one liter of pumpkin seed oil.

Bright and heavy, these fruits came to us from tales and myths, from the earliest days of mankind, small huts of the first peasants and semi-dark cells of the first scientists. They represent the triumph of life and the beauty of nature – in the late summer and early fall, when the sun, getting dimmer, hands its power over to them.

In our pantry, you will only find fresh Siberian Pumpkin seed oil – and this is important because it is the fresh one that can strengthen your health and heal from diseases. The pumpkins that are used to make this oil come from farms where people care about the purity and energy of their products and treat the power given by the land and the sun with concern and gratitude.

Black Cumin Seed Oil: the elixir of tranquility

Black Cumin has been a faithful companion of man on a long journey through the millennia.

The oil squeezed from the plant’s seeds helps to retrieve everything that we all seek so persistently: peace of heart and soul, confidence, and joy when facing all paths and obstacles. The amazing properties of this elixir help to defeat disorders of the nervous system.

Ancient kings, whenever they were tired of concerns and worries, used to send for healers – and they recommended active exercise, abstinence in food, and, of course, black cumin oil.

This greenish-brown extract with a slightly bitter taste can also be advised to healthy ones to prevent the central and peripheral nervous system diseases.

It restores memory, increases the speed of reactions, as well as strengthens the myelin shells of nerve endings, thereby helping to overcome trigeminal neuralgia and intercostal neuralgia.

Black cumin oil contains acids that can improve intracranial circulation, protect the neurons from toxic lesions, reducing their death level. The product is recommended for men, women, and children, for people of all ages and genders. A positive effect is also observed in the cases of Parkinson’s disease.

Searching for the joy once lost, a tired man aspires to the sea, an anxious man climbs up the mountains, a sleepless man goes to the forest. And the wise one turns to the black cumin, which gives him calmness, brings back a good sleep, reminds that life has its own flavor and thousands of different shades.
