Vegan sesame seeds flour cookies – sugar and gluten free
SESAME SEEDS FLOUR COOKIES RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Siberian sesame seeds flour – 1 cup;
- Fresh carrots – 1 small piece;
- Cinnamon – 1 tsp;
- Sesame oil – 2-3 tbsp;
- Gluten-free oats – 1 cup;
- Siberian pine nuts – 1/2 cup;
- Salt – by taste;
- Honey – 1/4 cup;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Sesame seeds – optional.
Instructions:
- Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
- Grind pine nuts, oats, and grated carrots in a blender.
- Blend the ground mixture with the sesame seeds flour, cinnamon, honey, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the sesame oil, just enough to form cookie balls, be careful not to add too much.
- Slightly flatten the cookie balls, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake at 180 degrees C for 8-10 minutes. The convenient way to store these cookies is to keep them in a closed container.
