Vegan sesame seeds flour cookies – sugar and gluten free

SESAME SEEDS FLOUR COOKIES RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • Siberian sesame seeds flour – 1 cup;
  • Fresh carrots – 1 small piece;
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp;
  • Sesame oil – 2-3 tbsp;
  • Gluten-free oats – 1 cup;
  • Siberian pine nuts – 1/2 cup;
  • Salt – by taste;
  • Honey – 1/4 cup;
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • Sesame seeds – optional.

Instructions:

  1. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
  2. Grind pine nuts, oats, and grated carrots in a blender.
  3. Blend the ground mixture with the sesame seeds flour, cinnamon, honey, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Add the sesame oil, just enough to form cookie balls, be careful not to add too much.
  5. Slightly flatten the cookie balls, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake at 180 degrees C for 8-10 minutes. The convenient way to store these cookies is to keep them in a closed container.
