Ingredients: Siberian blue cornflower

Suggested use: brew 1 tablespoon (5 g) of crushed herbs with one glass of boiling water (200 ml), infuse for 15-20 minutes. Pour the infusion through gauze or a strainer. For adults, take ½ cup 2 times a day with a meal.

Warning: contraindicated in individual intolerance, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.

Storage: store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight and always out of the reach of children, at a temperature of no higher than 25°C.
